LADY GLADIATORS JV CLOSES SEASON WITH BIG WIN (UPDATED 9/27)
The Lady Gladiators JV squad closed out a successful regular season with a big win Monday evening 18-3 over the Bulldogs from Forsyth Central. All of the Lady Gladiators contributed to the offense and Coach Prindle was able to clear the bench and get everyone involved in the game. Olivia was strong in the circle for the Lady Gladiators as they swept the home/home series from the Bulldogs. In all, it was a great season for the young JV squad that posted a significant improvement over last year's record. The future of JCHS softball appears bright as we look forward to seeing the JV players return to the program next Fall a year older and more experienced. LADY GLADIATORS JV DROPS CLOSE ONE TO WESLEYAN (UPDATED 9/10)
The Lady Gladiators JV squad took a short trip to Wesleyan on Saturday for the away game of the team's 2011 home/home series. Although a close and competitive game, Wesleyan pulled away in the latter innings to take the season series from the Lady Gladiators.
