2009 VARSITY & JV SOFTBALL TEAM TRYOUT SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED (5/20)
Tryouts for the 2009 Johns Creek High School softball program will be held at the Johns Creek High School softball field
on the following dates:
Monday, August 3rd, 4:00pm-6:30pm
Tuesday, August 4th, 4:00pm-6:30pm
Tryouts are open to all 9th through 12th grade students attending JCHS for the 2009-10 school year. Players are required to attend both tryout sessions. All players must bring copies of their completed GHSA participation and medical forms to the first tryout on Monday. These forms can be downloaded from the FORMS web page. Players will not be permitted to tryout unless these forms are provided to the coaching staff on Monday. Players selected to the team will be notified that week and the team roster will be announced on this site. There will be a mandatory player & parent meeting for all players selected to the team on Saturday, August 8th, followed by a cookout and social. The Saturday meeting will cover fund raising, participation fees, uniforms, and other administrative items. Specific details concerning the Saturday meeting will be posted on the web site.
VARSITY SQUAD TO BE ANNOUNCED IN AUGUST
The JCHS varsity team will be announced in August following the conclusion of tryouts to
be held at JCHS on Monday, August 3rd, and Tuesday, August 4th (see above for tryout information).
